apkrp8 is legally required to verify the identity of all users to comply with anti-money-laundering (AML) regulations and responsible gaming standards. You may request a withdrawal at any time, subject to the following conditions: your account must be fully verified (KYC completed), you must have met any applicable bonus wagering requirements, and the withdrawal amount must not exceed your available account balance. Withdrawal processing times vary by account status: standard members receive withdrawals within 15-60 minutes during business hours (09:00-21:00 WIB), VIP Gold members receive priority processing within 10-30 minutes, and VIP Diamond members receive expedited processing within 10 minutes. Withdrawals requested outside business hours or on weekends and public holidays may experience delays of up to 2-4 hours depending on volume. Any currency conversion fees resulting from deposits or withdrawals in non-IDR currencies are the sole responsibility of the user.

All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions disclosed at the time the bonus is offered. By accepting a bonus, you agree to comply with all associated terms. To the maximum extent permitted by Indonesian law, apkrp8 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to: loss of funds due to user error, unauthorized account access resulting from failure to secure login credentials, technical issues or downtime affecting platform availability, losses resulting from reliance on third-party game providers or payment processors, or any gambling losses incurred through normal gameplay. apkrp8 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Users acknowledge that gambling inherently involves risk of financial loss and agree that apkrp8 is not responsible for gambling losses. apkrp8 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to: violation of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent or illegal activity, failure to complete KYC verification, prolonged account inactivity (exceeding 12 months with zero balance), or commercial or business use of the platform. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (excluding forfeited bonus funds) will be returned to you via your verified withdrawal method within 14 business days, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements. You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Self-initiated account closures may take up to 48 hours to process. Once closed, accounts cannot be reopened.
